Hello!

Team picture day is this SUNDAY, MAY 18th. We will start with individual pictures at 5pm (siblings as a group) and then do a team picture. Individual pictures are OPTIONAL. 

Please let us know HERE if you plan to take an individual picture. 

These will move swiftly so you need to be on time and ready. We will stop individual pictures and begin lining up for the team picture at 5:45. 

If you plan to come for individuals, please be at the pool by 4:30pm. Everyone will need to pick up their team shirt.

Dear Swim Team Parents,

I am excited to be photographing your amazing swimmers this season! To help everything run smoothly, here’s what you can expect on photo day:

Upon Arrival:

• Please check in at the designated sign-up table.
• You'll fill out a short form with your child’s and your name and contact info.
• Each swimmer will be assigned a number for easy identification during the photo session.

Photo Session Details:

• Individual portraits will be taken near the pool.
• A large group photo of the full team will also be taken.

After the Session:

• Each parent will receive an email with a private online gallery link specific to their child.
• From the gallery, you’ll be able to view the images and order:
• • Prints (various sizes)
  • Digital downloads
  • Keepsakes and other products as you like.

Delivery:

Each person will be able to order directly from the online gallery. They can browse the images, add to cart, and complete their purchase through a secure checkout process.
