Hello Swim Families! 

We have (almost) made it to the last day of school AND that means....MOCK MEET TIME!

~ Before we begin>>>please remember, NO PRACTICE WEDNESDAY, last day of school. 

~ Attached is volunteer jobs, if you have not seen them on Swimtopia already.

Mock Meet

SET UP FOLKS ARRIVE @ 430

ARRIVAL/CHECK IN @ 5pm - Swimmer and volunteer

WARM UPS @ 5:30

MEET START @ 6pm

PARKING will be on the street. PLEASE OBEY THE PARKING SIGNS AND ONLY PARK ON THE 1 DESIGNATED SIDE OF THE STREET. No Cul-D-Sac Parking.

If you park on the wrong side OR in a Cul-D-Sac, you risk being towed.

You may drop swimmers/items .  - Since our lot is so small, during meets the space is reserved for bullpen area, family seating and designated cars that are bringing supplies. There will be  a parking attendant to help direct you down the driveway and then back up.  

BULLPEN - in the parking lot by front gate. This area will be marked by a boarder of chairs. Swimmers MUST stay in the bullpen when they are not swimming. If you have a younger swimmer and feel more comfortable sitting with them , that is fine. The swimmer may not however sit with you inside the gate. This will be the same for all home meets. This is important for safety AND being able to find swimmers during a meet. 

SPECTATOR SEATING - For this meet, we are going to let our people set up chairs on the wall side of the deck. This is typically our visitor side during a dual meet. The opposite side of the deck (pavilion side) is standing room only. You can wonder in and out to watch. This keeps the deck crowds down and allows room to walk swimmers to staging when we are hosting. 

GATES! Please be sure you are not blocking the front gate. OUr swimmers will be transitioning in and out of this gate. The back gate to the pavilion will be open.

CONCESSIONS - Bring your cash and we have VENMO! Don't forget to pre-order your whole pizza (in the team store) >> DEADLINE! Wednesday at 3pm

BRING - towels and more towels, chairs, caps/goggles, bug spray, cash, water, some warmer wear for later in the eve.
