Hello Swim Families!

Practice has been going strong this week! The board is always ready to help and answer questions as needed. We know there is a lot to take in at the beginning of the season. Please remember to check the parent handbook (can be found on our website) as many of the questions we've had recently can be found in there. You may be able to find what you need faster than when we can get back to you!

This is a reminder that the deadline for declaring for meet #1 (5/25) is tomorrow, Thursday, at 11:30pm. We know we've been asking for this early this time. With the first meet being the last week of school we are trying to be as ahead of the game as possible. 

That being said, please remember that any swimmer who is UN-declared will only be put in individual events, not relays. If you declare after the deadline your swimmer will still not be put in relays. 

Instructions: 

• Go to "meets & events" tab, "swim meet", click green button for "meet entry".
• You will see a webpage with meet info and each of your swimmers. Click "Attending" or "Not Attending" next to each swimmers name. 
• When finished, click  "save" at the bottom. 
• Google request form must also be completed by the Thursday @ 11:30pm (one week in advance)
• The whole season is open so you are able to declare for all meets if you already know your schedule. 

PARENT VOLUNTEERS are assumed available unless you have emailed the team email and specifically told us you are not able to be there.
