Good Afternoon All,

We would like to remind you to declare your swimmers' attendance for each meet.  Attendance for swimmers is due by Thursday before the next meet.  Meaning the meet we swim on June 16th the declaration is due June 9th by 11:30 pm.  If you have not done this please do it now.  It is not easy to chase down over 100 swimmers to find out if they will be at the meet or not.  Please help make this an easy process for our coaches.  

If you are not attending the meet, parents will need to send an email to [email protected] by Saturday at 5 pm.  It is each family's responsibility to volunteer at the meets unless you paid the team volunteer buy-out.  We understand sickness and vacations but communication is a must.  Please do not wait to see if you were assigned a job before letting us know.
