Hello Swim Families! 

We are canceling tonight's time trials meet due to weather. I think this is the earliest we have EVER called a meet on account of weather. However, with so many new families and swimmers, we do not want to risk anyone's safety or stress unnecessarily. We will NOT be making this meet up. 

Plan B - Next week on the morning of Tuesday the 31st, we will be conducting time trials during your swimmer's regularly scheduled practice time. This is NOT a meet, but we will have our starter, timers and 2 judges so we can collect times ahead of the first dual meet next Thursday. You will not need to do anything differently on your end, just bring your swimmer to practice (ON TIME) like normal and we/coaches will take it from there. 

If you had planned to attend evening practices, but are able to come this Tuesday morning, please do! If you are NOT able to make it Tuesday morning, that is fine. Your child will still be in the meet. We just want to gather as many times as we can. Also, if you DO NOT make it Tuesday morning, you are welcome to still come to the regularly scheduled practice that evening. We will only be collecting times Tuesday morning as Coach Francine must have the meet seeded that evening. 

Kelli Sutton will be reaching out to stroke and turn judges to see who might be available to help at anytime Tuesday morning. 

We need parents to help time for each practice group. If you are available and willing to time during your child's practice, please email the team ASAP and let us know. Please include which age group(s) you can time.

As we begin regular season (morning) practice next week, please visit the website and double check your swimmer's practice time. 

Minis will also begin on Tuesday!
