Hello Swim Families!

As we gear up to begin our last week of the regular season, we have some important info and reminders. Please see below. 

Thursday Concession Menu - For our last meet our theme is RED, WHITE and BLUE. We will be having a 4th of July picnic theme at concessions with hamburgers and hotdogs, as well as side items. We will NOT be doing pizza. Since this is our last meet and we do not want to over buy meat products, we are asking you to please fill out this poll just to give us an idea of how much food to prepare. This is NOT and order. THURSDAY MORNING FUN SWIM - In lieu of our "Fun Fridays" this season, we have decided to take our last morning practice session to have a fun Thursday swim and donuts to go! This is ALL SWIMMERS; morning and evening practice groups. In order to give the kids more time, we have combined a couple of age groups and shifted our times slightly. Please bring your swimmer to these times, THURSDAY morning, to swim and play with coaches, and their fellow swimmers. When their fun swim session is over, we will have donuts to pass out for them to take to-go. This will also be when we announce our last group of "Swimmer of the Week". 

Thursday Fun Swim Sessions: 8 years and under - 8am-8:45am. 9/10s - 8:45a-9:30a. 11/12s - 9:30a-10:15a. 13 and up - 10:15a-11a.

County Meet Info - If you have not already, please go to the website and declare if your swimmer will be AVAILABLE for the county meet on July 9-11. Different age swimmers swim at different times on different days during the meet weekend. Please double-check those (can view attached or on site) prior to declaring so you know for sure if your swimmer can be available. 

More details and county practice schedule info will be sent to qualifiers soon! 

County meet apparel can now be purchased through our website! Anyone is welcome to purchase.

SAVE THE DATE FOR AWARDS NIGHT! Awards night will be TUESDAY, JULY 6th. Time TBD. We are shoring up details on food and times. Please be on the lookout soon for an RSVP. This is a super fun time to come together and celebrate all the hard work of our team. Every swimmer will be called up to receive a medal. We will also have additional awards the coaches will be handing out. This will also be when we present our awesome coaches with their thank you gifts. We are continuing to collect for those now! Please visit the team store to donate OR you can bring cash to practice this week. Thank you!!!
