Good Evening All,

We are having a time trials meet on Thursday, May 27th during your swimmers regular practice time. Each swimmer will swim the strokes for their age group. This is done to get a baseline time for your swimmer. This will help Coach Catherine in seeding the meets and creating the relays. This will not extend beyond your regular practice time. Plus parents will have the opportunity to practice their volunteer jobs.

We will need parent volunteers for timing during each age group. We will not have spectators on deck during the meet.

• If you would like to volunteer during your swimmers time slot please log into your swimtopia account
  • click on Meets & Events
  • click on Swim Meets
  • next to Time Trials, you will see a green button for “Job Signup”
  • your name (parent) will appear then click the blue box “sign up for jobs”
  • next check the box next to the time you would like to volunteer

If you have the swimtopia app you can see your swimmers events for the meets once they are seeded. You will also be able to see your volunteer assignments for the meets as they are updated.

Swimtopia has been updated with all our meets for the summer.

• Please log in and declare your swimmers attendance.
  • Go to the “Meets & Events” Tab
  • “Swim Meet”
  • Click the green button for “Meet Entry” next to the meet
  • Mark each swimmer as attend or miss.

Make sure to mark each swimmer in your house. If one in the family is out we do not assume all are out. Many times one will be at camp but the sibling will still be here to swim. Do not forget that to email [email protected] with any parent absence by Monday at 6pm.
