Hello Swim Families! 

Our team picture night is tomorrow, Tuesday 5/18. Individual pictures will begin at 5:30 and be taken in the order of first come, first serve. Team picture is scheduled for 6pm. If the photographer does not get through all the individual pictures beforehand, they will continue and finish up after the team picture. 

We will have team shirts and be handing them out this evening. PLEASE mark the tag of your swimmers shirt as soon as you get it. We have had shirts go missing the same night they were handed out! Plan to arrive a bit before 5:30 so you have time to get your shirt and turn in your form. 

Order form is attached. Please print this out and have your payment ready. The photographers will NOT be bringing hard copies as they have done in the past.

Individual Pictures can be taken in your swimmer's suit, or in their team shirt. It is your choice. Swimmers will need to be barefoot as they will stand on the first pool step in the water. If you have more than one swimmer on the team, this picture can be each of them alone or together as a sibling group. 

Team Picture - ALL swimmers will wear their team shirt. They can wear it with shorts, or simply throw it on over their suit if they took individual suit pics. 

Per the photographer, all swimmers and parents MUST be in a mask when on the deck for individual pictures. The swimmers can take off their mask when they are called for their picture time. Once their picture is done, the swimmer and parent must leave the deck until it is time for the team picture. ONLY the swimmer will be returning to the deck for the team picture. Parents will not be permitted. The board and coaches will help the swimmers. 

We hope as many swimmers as possible can make it to picture night. It makes for a great team picture. Again, this will be a NON swim night. Feel free to do your hair and get pretty :)
