First Practice Reminders!

Hello Swim Families!
Let's get this season started!!! Below are important reminders and info to prepare for our first practice....THIS MONDAY the 10th!
- Equipment - Remember to have goggles, towel (back up if you will need one), face mask, cap and kickboard! Be sure your child has a bag to keep their items together. LABEL EVERYTHING .Those who have ordered kickboards and caps online, we will have those for you near the gate when you come to practice.
- Face Masks are to be worn by swimmers upon entering the gate. They will take them off and leave them with their bag when it is time to get in the water.
- COME READY TO SWIM - there will be no showering or changing clothes/suits before OR after practice. Please plan accordingly.
- Enter and Exit gates will be marked. The front gate is the entrance (where we had our meeting), the back gate is near the tennis courts and will be the exit.
- If your swimmer is a 8 years and younger, you must stay in the parking lot until your swimmer's practice time is complete. Feel to bring a chair, coffee, visit with other parents; OR sit in your car.
- Swimmers 8 years and under MUST be met at the back gate by a parent/adult. When practice is done, swimmers will be told to gather their things and head to the back gate. An Intern coach will see that our younger swimmers make it there, but a parent or guardian must take them from there. We will not hold swimmers on the deck or use coaches as babysitters. Parents must be there on time as we are cycling through practice groups quickly.
- Bring Birth Certificate If you have not already. Your swimmer will not be allowed in the water until all paperwork is checked off.
- Practice Times are below. These can also be found on the website under the PRACTICE tab. Everyone is welcome to the May Pre-season practices. When we start with regular season (moring and evening) practice, please only come to what you have registered for.
