Hello Swim Families!

It's hard to believe the season is coming to a close!!! We still have plenty happening over the next couple of weeks; like our end of season banquet!

End of Season Banquet - We've received a good bit of feedback personally, and via our end of season survey, with folks desiring we bring back our dinner banquet! If you are new to our team or have not been with us long, a couple of years ago we changed from having a dinner banquet to dessert only. This decision was based on budget. However, after considering survey feedback along with the desire to celebrate our growing team, the Board has decided to bring our dinner banquet back for the 2019 season. However, we will be doing it a bit differently. In years passed we have typically covered all swimmers meals and a parent, while anyone else outside of that wanting to join would pay a flat rate for their meal. Since we have been hesitant on what we wanted to do this season regarding the banquet, the Board has decided to cover the cost of the banquet, but ask that our swim families attending the banquet simply consider a donation to help the team offset this cost. If you desire to contribute, we will have a basket out at the banquet for you to do so. 

Please see attached flyer for all banquet details and the yummy menu! You must RSVP on our website if you plan to attend. This is the number we will be giving the caterer for the meal. RSVP DEADLINE, JULY 5th.

Coaches Gifts - Thank you who have donated so far to our end of season Coach gifts! Each year at our banquet, we like to present our coaches with a special thank you and a little gift. This also includes our junior coaches and interns. We have been given a great gift in our Maple Ridge coach staff. These folks have definitely given above and beyond what we are able to pay them. Let's send them out with a bang and let them know how much we have appreciated their time and effort to our team this season! You can make donations online under the team store. You can also turn in cash or check (mark memo line coach gifts) to April, Katrina or our treasurer, Angie.

We will be collecting until June 8th.
