Hello Swim Families!

Apologies for being a bit late with this. I have been waiting on some info from the other team...and am still waiting. So I will likely be sending a follow up email tomorrow with any info I receive from them.

Here are the main points:

When: MONDAY 6/24

Where: Meadow Trace Pool  - 1575 Riverside Pkwy, Lawrenceville 30043

This pool is off a main road, not in a neighborhood. It has a number of spots in it's parking lot, but overflow parking will be across the street at the Elementary School (McKendree Elementary). A cross walk will take you to the sidewalk that will lead straight up the road to the pool. 

Seating/Bullpen - Both are outside the pool fence. As you enter from the sidewalk, spectators will be outside the fence to the left on the grass (between parking lot and pool). BULLPEN, will be to the right, on the grass. 

Bullpen Volunteers: Be advised, there is no confinement to this bullpen area. It is completely open; which does afford us room to spread out! It is of utmost importance that you are intentionally watching swimmers and making sure they stay within this area. Parents, if you are NOT in a volunteer position and wish to be close to your swimmer, you may join them in the bullpen. Please DO NOT remove your swimmer from the bullpen. Bathrooms are very close, little building as you enter the gate.

Concessions will be just inside the pool gate. 

Computer/Ribbon Volunteers will be all the way to the right of the pool just after you enter. 

This is a small pool deck, so everything will be very close together. It can get crowded as you enter and exit the pool gate; please bring your patience. However, this layout also makes it so parent volunteers in any role can easily catch your swimmer's events!
