Hello Swim Families,

Our Mock Meet is coming up this Thursday, May 23rd. Please see below for important meet info:

Pool Address: Maple Ridge Pool

Arrival: Check in for Swimmers and volunteers starts at 4:45pm. Warm-ups @ 5:15pm. PLEASE CHECK IN AT OUR TEAM'S CHECK IN TABLE INSIDE THE GATE.

Meet will start promptly @ 6pm.

Parking: Parking is limited and only on one side of the street. Signs will be posted. All spots in the parking lot are reserved. We will make sure to contact you one way or another to let you know if you are in a job that has reserved parking.

Bullpen: Our team's bullpen is located in the grass near the baby pool. Please remember that your children MUST stay in the bullpen so they are ready to be lined up when called. Bullpen volunteers, it is your job to "wrangle" and direct swimmers to be where they need to be in the bullpen; and keep chaos to a minimum. Parents, please remind your swimmers they are to listen to the bullpen volunteers AND all coaches, and to follow their instructions.

Seating: Since this is just our team, please feel free to sit on either side of the pool!

What to Bring: Goggles, Swim cap (extra caps and goggles just in case), Towels (for drying and sitting), sunscreen, bug spray, non-electronic entertainment for the bullpen, healthy snacks, chairs for parents (or kids).

Please remember that this is practice for swimmers AND parents. We want to finish as soon as possible, but we may move a bit slowly at times as we adjust to our "pool legs". We appreciate everyone's patience and good attitudes! Let's get off to a good start practicing good hospitality and sportsmanship!
