Session 1 - Warm up 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM; Start Time 9:20 AM Saturday, July 14th (9/10's)

Session 2 - Warm up 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM; Start Time 3:15 PM Saturday, July 14th (13–18yo)

Session 3 – Warm up 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM; Start Time 9:15 AM Sunday, July 15th(8 & under)

Session 4 – Warm up 1:15 PM to 2:45 PM; Start Time 3:00 PM; Sunday, July 15th(11/12's)

Swimmers must be on deck in our team area (banner will be hanging) 20 minutes BEFORE the warm-up start time. Our team will have a specific warm up time within these time blocks. When we know this time, we will adjust this if applicable.

Please remember: Any swimmer that does not show up for their swim will result in a monetary fine for our team. Please be on time. 

PARKING

The public link is https://gatech.pmreserve.com to purchase parking. Or, you can find parking on surrounding streets (please keep time in mind!). Look at the map on the link for highlighted areas. 

TICKETS

I (April Okeson) have your tickets (if you did not get them already). You can pick them up during practice this week. These tickets are NOT for admission; BUT, they are to show your specific seats in our section. Feel free to move around and pass along tickets to others for the same session, AS LONG as you are in our team's numbered seats and have tickets to prove it.  I will have some extra that I can pass along if you need, please let me know. Or, ask someone else in your age group to see if they have any they're not using and would be willing to pass on. See attachment for location of our section.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Folding chairs are NOT allowed in the stadium seating area
• Coolers are NOT allowed in the stadium seating area
• All Spectators must be in seats during the meet
• NO GLASS at ALL
• Security and GTPD will be on site if you have any question
• Basic concessions will be available for sale. Swimmers are allowed, and encouraged, to bring food and drinks in their swim bag down to the team area.

GaTech security is VERY serious about spectators out of their seats and standing in walk ways/stairways. If people are not keeping these areas clear, security will halt the meet until it is under control. 

Parents are not to go down onto the pool deck at anytime. Your children will be in our team area with our coaches (and a parent volunteer for our younger age groups). Anyone on deck not wearing a security badge will be asked to leave.
